History Of capitalism/ ART MUSEUM TRIP
This semester I went on a trip in my ART 1301 class, and I had to pic an art piece that "spoke to me". I had to also write a paper about the piece, and I did. I needed to use the correct art terms to explain the painting fully, and for my art professor to understand how I connected with the painting at the same time (LEAD11-12.PERS2). Then I also had to comment on how this piece of art, and every type of art influence how people see things. This art piece not only influences how people view things, but also the way they think (LEAD11-12.PERS3)
For Recognize perspectives I decided to pick my "History of Capitalism" essay I made for my History class last month. LEAD11-12.PERS2. For this paper I had to talk about Mercantilism which was the "big thing" before capitalism. I had to talk about the wealthy's, and poor's point of view on capitalism, from the beginning to the present day America. I also noticed how biased the resources I would find could be. It was quite challenging, because I could not speak about my opinion as much as I would have liked. I had to explain how these people's point of view changed throughout time, they noticed how much the economy grew, and they had little to no more issues with capitalism.
