Model United Nations San Antonio 2015/ Always Super Bowl AD
In my English 1301 class I had to identify, describe, and question an ad (LEAD11-12.INV1). The always ad questioned the way "being a girl" is, and I also had to explain how this video went viral. I also had to draw conclusions regarding other people's views, and also my own. I also had to come up with arguments to show the commercial advocated for equality, and that the way adults think can be influenced as children also. (LEAD11-12.INV4)

For Investigating the World I decided to pick the Model United Nations conference I attended the second week of January. This conference ties up with LEAD11-12.INV2, because I had to use a large amount of books, and online sources to find my country's position on "Expanding new technology for the security of air travel." This topic is a globally focused question this is why it was a topic in the General Assembly. This conference also applied to LEAD11-12.INV4, because I had to consider many points of view of countries, and my country's people's opinions on the subject also. We also had a North Korean in the council, so he was always opposing our views and our resolutions. So, my mother country (Russia), and Serbia (myself) had to come up with ways to make North Korea's points cancel out. When our resolutions are passed, it's like if we decided on a conclusion for the whole issue.
